1.2 Gifts360 primarily operates as a regular e-commerce gifting website for one-time orders (flowers, cakes, high-end premium gift baskets, corporate gifting, Ramadan gifting). Only our flower subscription service is WhatsApp-managed.

5) Payments and Transaction Information
5.1 We do not intentionally store full card details on our systems. Card payments (if applicable) are processed through payment processors and their systems.

● timestamps needed for accounting, reconciliation, dispute handling, and compliance.

● to perform pre-dispatch quality checks and ensure order accuracy.
6.5 Fraud Prevention and Security
● to detect suspicious activity, prevent misuse, and protect Customers and our business.
6.6 Legal and Compliance
● to meet legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting requirements.
6.7 Marketing (With Choice)
● to send updates, offers, or reminders where you have consented or where permitted, and to honor opt-out requests (see Section 11).
7) Communications (WhatsApp, Phone, Email)
7.1 Website orders: Most one-time orders are placed via our website. We may use WhatsApp/phone/email only for support or delivery coordination where required.
7.2 Flower subscription service: This service is managed via WhatsApp for address capture, confirmations, add-ons, and delivery coordination.
7.3 We may keep records of communications (e.g., WhatsApp messages, emails, and call notes) for:

8) Sharing and Disclosures
We share Personal Data only as necessary to operate Gifts360 and deliver your order.

We share order details and necessary Customer/Recipient data with vendors (e.g., florists, bakeries, hamper partners) strictly for preparation, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch.
8.2 Couriers/Riders and Logistics Partners
We share Recipient delivery details (name, phone, address, instructions) so deliveries can be completed.
8.3 Payment Processors
Payment data is processed by payment providers (where applicable). We share only what is required to complete payment processing and verification.
8.4 Service Providers (Business Operations)
We may share data with service providers that help us operate, such as:
