Browse the website, add your chosen item to cart, and proceed to checkout. Orders are confirmed once we verify them via the website or WhatsApp.
Changes such as message card edits, minor customisations, or delivery instructions can be requested after confirmation, subject to feasibility. Additions may also be accepted based on stock availability. However, deductions or removals are not permitted once an order is confirmed, as preparation begins immediately.
Same-Day and 2-Hour Express orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time are also not eligible for any refund. Requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will be reviewed based on fulfillment status and product type. If approved, any payment processing fees may be deducted.
Available payment options are shown at checkout. Please note: we do not accept payments via Easypaisa or JazzCash on our website.
An order is not processed until payment is received, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Gifts360.
No. You will be charged the price confirmed at checkout or as confirmed in writing before payment is collected.
We deliver across Karachi. Please note that perishable items including fresh flowers, cakes, chocolates, sweet treats, and gourmet platters are currently available for delivery in Clifton and DHA, Karachi only.

Delivery times are estimates based on traffic, weather, access restrictions, and recipient availability. We make every reasonable effort to meet your selected delivery window.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or restricted access, we will attempt coordination via WhatsApp or phone. One re-attempt will be made within a feasible time window. For 2-Hour Express and perishable orders, redelivery may not be possible due to freshness requirements. If delivery remains unsuccessful due to customer or recipient-related reasons, delivery charges and the attempt fee are
non-refundable.
If you request delivery to be left with reception, security, a neighbour, or at the door, you accept responsibility once the order is handed over as instructed. This must be communicated clearly at the time of order confirmation.
If a product or component is unavailable due to seasonality or stock constraints, we may substitute it with an item of similar type and comparable value. For significant substitutions, we will contact you for approval where time allows.
A refund, partial refund, replacement, or store credit may be offered if any of the following are verified:
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items from your order
- Significant damage caused during transit
- Verified quality issue at the time of delivery (e.g., spoiled food item, severely compromised bouquet)
Refunds are not provided for:
- Recipient unavailability, refusal, or inability to be contacted
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer
- Delays due to traffic, weather, access restrictions, or factors beyond our control
- Preference-based reasons such as 'didn't like it' or 'expected it to look different'
- Natural variation in flowers (shade, bloom size, seasonality)
- Issues caused after delivery due to delayed receipt, improper storage, or mishandling
Perishable products (flowers, cakes, chocolates, gourmet items): report within 2 hours of delivery.
Non-perishable products: report within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted outside these windows may not be accepted.
You must provide:
- Order number and recipient details
- Clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue
- Any additional information requested by our team
Claims may be declined if evidence is insufficient or inconsistent with our dispatch records.
Depending on the product type and situation, we may offer:
- Replacement (where freshness and availability allow)
- Partial refund
- Full refund (in verified cases)
- Store credit
For perishable and 2-Hour Express orders, replacement may not be possible. Resolution will typically be refund or credit-based where eligible.
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's timeline.
Customised and personalised products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective, materially incorrect, or damaged on arrival, reported within the required window.
